These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GELARUN website and application ("Service"), an annual marathon event organized by Gereja Hagios. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By registering for GELARUN, you confirm that:

• You provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• You are physically capable of participating in the event.
• If under legal age, you have parental/guardian consent.

2. Registration & Payment

• All registration fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through third-party gateways.
• Incomplete or invalid registrations may be cancelled.
• Participants must ensure information such as jersey size, race category, and emergency contact is correct before submission.

3. Event Participation

• Participants must follow all instructions from event officials.
• The organizer may alter routes, schedules, or cancel the event for safety or operational reasons.
• No dangerous items, illegal substances, or prohibited objects may be brought into the event area.

4. Health & Safety

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participating in a running event carries inherent risks.
• You are responsible for your own health condition and safety.
• The organizer is not liable for injuries resulting from:
  • Negligence on the participant's part
  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Failure to follow event rules

5. Race Pack & Merchandise

• Race pack availability depends on completion of registration and attendance during designated pickup times.
• Jersey size and items cannot be guaranteed if data is input incorrectly or after deadlines.

6. Event Rules & Conduct

• No cheating, unauthorized shortcuts, or sabotaging others.
• No harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant violating these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, branding, and content related to GELARUN are the property of Gereja Hagios. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Event Cancellation

The organizer may cancel or postpone the event due to:

• Severe weather
• Health emergencies
• Government regulations
• Operational or safety concerns

Policies regarding refunds or rollovers will be announced through official channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GELARUN and Gereja Hagios are not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss of property
• Damages arising from misuse of the Service
• Technical issues such as downtime or data errors

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date at the top of this page.
